Hello From Woodmania

The blog's been up for a few weeks now and I figured I would finally getting around to saying hi to everyone. For those who don't know me, or for those I haven't talked to in a long time, I'm the Award-Winning Television's Woody Myers. I worked with half the NFFL in Hopkinsville and, with the rest of the league, share the misfortune of knowing Nagel. (Gee, I hope he doesn't read this.)

Anyway, I figured I would jump on here and share my hopes for this blog with everyone else. I'd like to see a lot of the same give and take that we enjoyed on the Yahoo message board here. I don't know if everyone will have access to creating blog entries, or even know if you want to, but you can at least fire away in the comment section. I'm hoping this becomes a cyber-hangout where folks will regularly check in and make themselves heard.

I'd also like to see how many NFL teams we have represented here by their fans. Wear your loyalties on your sleeve. That way, when someone's talking smack, you can dismiss them cause they're a Lions fan. (Gee, I hope Nagel doesn't read this.) Also, it would be neat to see other people's view of the NFL as they are seeing it through their fandom. I'm Woody, and I'm a Bengals fan. The view's pretty optimistic from here (considering our history), how about from your team?

Speaking of blogs, I've got one of my own over at Peelio.com: The Sock Drawer. I've been talking a lot of football over there and lots of other stuff. Also, I have a mystery quote at the end of every entry. Guess it right and you get a point! Come on by, and give me some crap there. I look forward to giving you guys crap here.
